At Diamelo, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a clear and customer-friendly return & exchange policy. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered.We aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible for you. If you are seeking to return, please follow the steps below:
- Highlight or clearly mark on the invoice the return items.
- Take a photo of the items.
- Email the marked invoice and photos to contact@diamelo.com
We will respond to your return request promptly. Please note that we do not accept exchanges, only returns.
Return Conditions
- Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must be in its original condition.
- Products cannot be damaged or altered in any way.
- Packaged products must be unopened.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns that cause the value of an order to drop below the free shipping threshold will be charged shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
For returns on large quantity orders that received discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate an order's value and apply eligible discounts based on the unreturned items.
Shipping Policy
Packages ship Monday-Friday. We do our best to ship orders the same day that they are placed.
Important: If you have an address that experiences frequent delivery issues or theft, please choose a Signature Confirmation shipping option at checkout. This will ensure that your package is not left unattended at your doorstep.
If you have a mailbox that can only be accessed by USPS, please choose a USPS shipping option at checkout.
If you have special delivery instructions, such as hours you'll be home, a location to leave the package, a gate code, etc., place a note in your cart before checkout, and we'll add it as a memo on your shipping label.

Packages lost 'In Transit' by the shipping carrier are covered by us, and a duplicate order will be sent or store credit issued.
Once a package has been deemed 'Delivered' or 'Available for Pickup' by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.
Depending on the value of the order, we may add signature confirmation tracking to ensure that the package is not left unattended at your doorstep.
