30-Day Returns
At Diamelo INC., we want you to feel fully confident in your selection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders.
To begin a return, please contact us at contact@diamelo.com. All returns must be pre-approved. Once authorized, you will receive a prepaid, insured return label along with detailed instructions.
Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging and documentation must be included
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Any included certificates must be returned
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are considered final sale:
- Custom or personalized designs
- Items resized, engraved, or modified by a third party
- Any item marked final sale at purchase
Important Notes
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval
- Diamelo INC., will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label for your convenience
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund
- Customers may request to use their own shipping method; however, Diamelo INC., is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
- Missing certificates are subject to a $100 replacement fee per certificate, deducted from the refund
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing upon receipt
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact contact@diamelo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos so we can assist promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production or shipment begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellations may not be possible.
Diamelo INC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.
